You'll need:
1/2 cup lentils (we used red)
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed
1 can diced tomatoes
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 cups water
1-2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
salt
pepper
Add all ingredients to the crock pot and give it a stir. Turn heat to low, cook for 4-5 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Season to taste.
