crispy polenta w/ mushroom ragout
Recently I made several tasty appetizers for a party, and I wanted to share the recipes, starting with this fantastic polenta with mushrooms. I think this would be perfect for Thanksgiving! Enjoy!
(although I don't have a very good picture of the final product- it's way in the back left, the polenta with mushrooms was the hands down favorite appetizer at the party)
